My friend Pam and I enjoyed interesting conversation and delicious food today at the Afghan restaurant at Rolling Road and Old Keene Mill in Springfield. We both went vegetarian and had dishes composed of pumpkin, eggplant, and spinach. We began our meal with vegetable soup.
