Although I did not graduate from Washington High School in Cedar Rapids, I decided to attend their 50th reunion. I am glad I did! I found several old friends.

I lived in Cedar Rapids in this house. It was a split level and I had the entire second floor to myself!

I attended Franklin High School (now a junior high only) for 8th, 9th, and 10th grades.

After 10th grade, my class was going to move to the brand-new high school, Washington High. I didn't make this move because my family moved back to Minneapolis.
