A lot of festive activities are taking place in the Washington, DC area at this time of year.
This evening I went to the Sons of Norway lodge Christmas party. Here I am with my grandson Colin. I am wearing a typical Norwegian sweater which I bought in Lom, Norway, a few years ago. (My grandmother's parents came from Lom.)
