A concert to remember

I had another wonderful opportunity to experience the virtuosity of  the great Norwegian pianist Leif Ove Andsnes. And another wonderful opportunity to spend an evening with special friends. And it was my first visit to the extraordinary state-of-the-art Strathmore.

John, Janet, May, and I met Marie at the Strathmore for a nice dinner in the cafeteria before the incredible performance of Andsnes.

Many thanks to John for driving in serious rush-hour traffic from Springfield to Rockville and many thanks to May for getting the tickets and choosing the wonderful Chorister seats that gave us such a marvelous view of the two performers.
