Is there anyone who doesn't know what Andrea's favorite restaurant is? Of course - Edo Squid in Richmond, Virginia.
Yes, I know. This is my DC Blog. Edo Squid technically doesn't fit but it is not too far away (only a 2-hour drive from the nation's capital).
We drove down to the Virginia capital a few days ago and had both lunch and dinner at Edo Squid. As usual, we met our friend Ron at the restaurant. That's the drill!

The menu - always exactly the same!
Andrea always begins with calamari fritti.
Then we always order a salad of arugula with large slivers of parmesan cheese.
Another must is broccoletti di rapa.
