The Italian Store
My husband's favorite food store is the Italian Store in Arlington. This afternoon we went there so that he could buy a selection of antipasti for his birthday party tomorrow.
I wonder why it's his favorite food store.....could it be because he is Italian? I also love Italian food! I guess I thought his birthday was a while back. Looks like he was having fun!
Happy Birthday, Andrea!! It looks as though you had enough food to enjoy your day thoroughly!!
Spring was well on its way to MN when we got home from FL, but has retreated -- twice -- and we've had 30" of snow in two weeks, 22" the first time, when all the neighbors got out with shovels and snowblowers and Bobcats to help one another dig out, and 8" yesterday, when everyone stayed indoors and was crabby! There were about 20 people at church last night -- but it was a cozy service. Today the snow is melting and falling off the Norway pine trees in big clumps. There are mini-avalanches everywhere, which scare our cat, who was getting bored after being indoors for 2 days. Enjoy spring! (I talked to Denny yesterday, and he was totally appalled to think that we had snow -- he's lived in DC too long to remember MN weather!) -- Kirky
