The DCDC lunched at Proof, a beautiful wine-centric restaurant in the Penn Quarter. The entrance is at 775 G Street, NW, right across the street from the National Portrait Gallery and National Museum of American Art.

Founding Farmers with Cousin Karen

My Towne cousin Karen and her husband came to town and we went to Founding Farmers for dinner.

George and I went to the John Singer Sargeant exhibit at the Corcoran Museum of Art. This exhibit focused on Sargeant's seascapes.

I met my old friend Jill at National Airport just before she flew back to Minneapolis. We lunched at TGIFriday's. We had a chance to catch up quickly before she took off.

Founding Farmers

We had a fantastic dinner at the Founding Farmers restaurant in Washington, DC near the GWU campus.

We began our meal with flatbread and corn bread.

Chris had a "nice little salad" - a Farmer's Salad with greens, olives, parmesan cheese, croutons, and lots of dates.

Christmas Revels: Italian Renaissance

Christian enjoyed going to the theater with the Amici Italiani di Fairfax Meet-Up.

It was a wonderful program with music and dance from the Italian Renaissance. Lucio and his wife enjoyed it.

Sons of Norway Christmas Bazaar
