My Very Favorite Musical

My sister took me to the Kennedy Center for my birthday to see my very favorite musical, "The King and I" and it was an absolutely fantastic performance. We had a lovely lunch beforehand in the KC Cafe. (I cannot upload the other photos! Stay tuned!)

Concert

Friend Nuria from the Amici Italiani di Fairfax Meet-Up gave an outstanding recital that Betsy and I attended. We were very impressed. You see her in the photo above at the conclusion of the concert.

Coffee in Switzerland

I met Indra and her son Lester for coffee at the Swiss Bakery. We had a very nice time together.

Lunch in Annandale

I met two SON friends, Tina and Marie, at the Swiss Bakery and Cafe in Annandale. Good food and interesting conversation!

I bought two of these Linder cookies, which were cited in the Washingtonian as the best cookies in the Washington, DC Metro area. High praise!

Another Birthday Lunch

My good friend Dona took me to the House of Dynasty for lunch. A nice time was had by all!
